Our Mission
Partridge Lake Property Owners Association’s mission is to promote the preservation and conservation of Partridge Lake through programs to enhance the ecology of the Lake, to ensure the protection of property through programs aimed at reducing pollution, to promote reasonable and balanced use of the lake, and to enhance the conservation of the shore land and other areas around the lake.

Invasive Species Watch: Urgent – Protect Partridge Lake from Spiny Water Flea Invasion
The spiny water flea, a tiny invasive crustacean confirmed in nearby Newfound Lake. This pest, smaller than a fingernail, disrupts ecosystems by devouring zooplankton, harming fish, and promoting murky algae blooms.
